To upgrade your plan, simply log in by
  • Verifying your registered numbers
  • Select your current Plan
  • Select your new plan to upgrade to
  • Complete your payment. Once payment is confirmed, your plan will be upgraded.

When you upgrade your plan, your current plan will be immediately replaced by the new plan.
The remaining value of your current plan will be adjusted in the cost of the upgrade.

You can start using your new plan features immediately after the upgrade process is successfully completed and payment is confirmed.

If your payment is pending, you will remain on your current plan until the payment is confirmed. In case the payment fails, no changes will be made to your current plan, and you can try the upgrade again.

No, once you upgrade to a higher plan, you cannot downgrade to a lower plan. However, you can contact support if you have a special requirement, and they will assist you accordingly.
